Are the leisure facilities included when attending for a treatment only?
You would need to upgrade to one of our spa day packages to use the health club facilities
How do I book a spa day package?
Please call spa reception to book our spa day packages. Please be advised that we do ask for full payment at the time of booking. 01257 478244
What do I need to bring on my spa day?
Please bring your swimwear, underwear for any treatments, flip flops for any wet areas. We do provide code operated lockers, towels, robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. There are also Dyson hairdryers in our dedicated spa changing rooms.
Is food included on all spa day packages?
There is a choice of either lunch or afternoon tea on all our spa day packages. Please state your preference at the time of booking. If choosing lunch, you can place your order on the day of your visit.
Do you offer pre-natal massages
Yes but only between 12 and 38 weeks pregnant, please mention at time of booking as we also need to allocate one of our professionally trained pre-natal therapists.
Do you offer specific treatments for Cancer patients?
Unfortunately not, you would need to be in remission to have any of our spa treatments.
